Sex in The Marriage, 5 marriage problems that will happen when ….

Feb 1st, 2010 by Coach
Sex in The Marriage, 5 marriage problems that will happen when ….

Sexual intimacy in a marriage can sometimes be misunderstood. Society is partly to be blamed. Women in general were taught that sex is just a way to satisfy their husband. They feel that it is natural if they do not reach orgasm as long as their spouse has achieved the objective.

Sex in a marriage is a way couples communicate and express their deepest feelings and emotions.

Early on in the marriage, it may seem alright when a woman does not enjoy sex. However marriage is a long-term commitment. Over time, your spouse will soon discover what she is missing out. By then it may be too late. A drab pattern has formed and frustration will definitely ensue. You need to realize that the root of MANY marriage problems can come from a spouse not reaching her orgasm.

What Are The Top 5 Signs That Your Wife or Girlfriend Is Cheating?

Dec 2nd, 2009 by Coach
What Are The Top 5 Signs That Your Wife or Girlfriend Is Cheating?

Top 5 Signs That Your Girlfriend Or Wife Is Cheating

By Melody Chase

There are many signs that your partner may be having affair and many of these signs are gender specific. For this article, let’s examine the Top 5 Signs that your female partner is cheating

The following signs can all work together or be individual signs not related to the others that are listed:

1) Your Partner Changes Her Appearance: Changes in appearance is always the #1 sign of a female partner having an affair. If your partner is suddenly dressing nicer or in a way that makes her look more attractive than usual or if your partner starts doing things to make herself look better like losing weight, working-out or working out more this very well may be a sign of cheating. Another very common example of changing appearances is if she changes her hairstyle and/or hair color.

Getting Wife Back – Someone Please Help!!

Nov 19th, 2009 by Coach
Getting Wife Back – Someone Please Help!!

First off, let’s start by saying, you saying “I want my wife back” is a good thing. All you want now is get your wife back.

There is nothing to be ashamed of, and no reason to think you are the only one in this world in your predicament. Over half the marriages around the world end up in divorce. So remember you are not alone, if you decide you still love your wife and you want her back; go for it.

If you want your wife back, then admitting that is the first step of possibly having her back in your arms.

O.K. , now that you have admitted that; lets reflect on what is the reason you are without your wife now. If you were the reason why you don’t have your wife to begin with; then you have to admit that. As hard as it might be to say that it’s your fault, you have to do it. If you had an affair, you need to say that, if you took her for granted when she was nothing but good to you, then you need to say it.

The point is, what you need to do, no matter what it was you did; tell the truth.  If your wife is not with you, than more than likely you need to change.  By you admitting your faults and telling the truth, this means you are one step closer to getting her back. This is one way of letting her know that you are really trying to change.

The second thing that needs to be corrected is the communication between you and your wife. Chances are, there wasn’t any communication at all, and this is one of the biggest downfalls in a relationship. To many times people go without saying what is really on their mind; rather they are scared to say it or thought it would not matter.  This is an important step in your effort to get your wife back!

Things that you and wife were scared to say or thought it would not matter; those things start to add up. Before you know it, little things that are not said turn into big things; then the talking stops all together. Chances are, your wife knows this, and by you acknowledging this is a problem, you are taking a step in the right direction.

Also remember, you both are going to have opinions and hers may be different. It is ok to have different opinions. Respect her opinion, and remember she is an individual just like you are. These small changes can help you get your wife back. Now that your inspired, and are screaming “I want my wife back” to anyone that will listen, don’t forget to tell her.

Can I Save My Marriage?

Nov 16th, 2009 by Coach

If you are asking yourself  “Can I Save My Marriage?” don’t feel alone. Statistics show that the divorce rate in America is currently up to sixty percent.  Before you ask yourself that particular question; you need to ask yourself how your relationship got to this point.

Is this your first time on the brink of divorce? Or could it be your second, third, etc… If this is the case you should really analyze why you are in this predicament once again.

What is the problem in your marriage? In order to salvage your marriage you need to get to the root of the problem. Could the problem be finances, infidelity, not focusing on your partner; the list could go on and on. In my opinion, lack of communication is the root of most failed marriages. Marriage is supposed to be a team effort. Communication is the key to any successful team effort.

Back to the question at hand, you most certainly can save your marriage. Now, once you have thought about what has been the breakdown of your marriage; what are you to do now?  What tools do you need to get your marriage back to the way it used to be?

First of all, listen to your partner. I didn’t say agree with everything your partner said; but listen. The way to become a better listener is to practice “active listening”. This is where you make a conscious effort to hear not only the words that another person is saying but, more importantly, to try and understand the total message being sent. Effective communication can be hard. Especially when there are various different emotions involved.

If this will be difficult for you; I recommend marriage counseling. It has been proven that couples who attend counseling together reported significant improvement in communication. It is often helpful to have a third party involved. When I say third party, I mean someone that has no connections with either of you. It is essential to have an unbiased opinion. After all this is your marriage at stake.

Marriage doesn’t make itself or just evolve into a perfect union. It takes hard work on both sides. This means, you and your partner working towards the common goal; of being in a fulfilling, soulful union. So, are you still asking yourself “Can I Save My Marriage“?

You tell me. How much effort are you willing to put forth?

Bottom line, it’s your marriage, your happiness, your life.

Save My Marriage – Can My Wife Ever Love Me Again?

Nov 8th, 2009 by Coach
Save My Marriage – Can My Wife Ever Love Me Again?

If you’re asking yourself  “Can My Wife Ever Love Me Again?”, you’re definitely not alone.

Just like people, every relationships and circumstances vary.  Almost all married couples face problems.  There are lots of husbands out there are asking themselves the very same question.

Let us look atsome general start-up tips that can help you out.

First off, you need to put yourself in the right mindset. If you’re feeling down and low, you won’t be very attractive to anyone, including your wife. So you need to turn your feelings around to be positive. Think of the good times you and your wife have had and how much she loved you when your relationship was just beginning. Think of how you courted her and think of how you can start doing it again. It should even be easier this time around since you know her better.

After you’ve put yourself into a more positive state, you’ll need to objectively analyze the why’s and how’s of why she drifted off or even left you in the first place. Did you take her for granted and never offer thanks and appreciation for everything she did? Did you just fall into a comfortable mode and not feel the need to tell her and show her that you loved her? All women need to feel loved and taken care of. So start with the simplest way to win back her heart by saying “I love you.” Do you remember the last time you spoke those exact words to her, and not just out of habit at the end of a phone call but while looking straight into her eyes? A lot of time may have already passed since the last genuine “I love you” came out of your mouth – it’s something your wife needs to hear.

Another reason your wife may have distanced herself from you is if you treated her badly and didn’t respect her. A lot of actions fall under that category and being unfaithful is at the top of the list. If this is you, then you need to change your ways. Women are extremely sensitive and comments or questions that might just be water off your back could really hurt her. If you constantly yelled at your wife, this is something that needs to stop. Are you willing to change? If you are asking yourself “Can my wife love me again?”, you also need to ask yourself. . .”Am I prepared to change to win back her love?” Be truthful to yourself in your answer.

The thought of losing your loved one is frightening, especially if you’ve shared many years together. Hopefully these insights will help you reach your goal of winning back your wife’s love and putting your family back together. And no matter what your situation, it’s never too late to start over with a brand new slate.
