Is My Marriage In Trouble?

How is your marriage going? Is it the way you dream it will be when you first make the decision to marry your spouse? Can you improve on your marriage right now?

Is your marriage facing problems? Is it a big or small problem? If your marriage is having problems what will you do right now that will move your troubled marriage in the right direction? Willing to commit and do it today? If you are willing, please write it down this moment, so that you don't forget?

Do you procrastinate? Why do you think you are like that?

Or is it because you are happy and satisfied with the way you and your spouse are handling your marriage problems? If you must choose, will you say it is due to fear of failure, or a fear of success? Can it be just a bad habit?

If procrastination is just a bad habit, will you be willing to create a new habit and be the spouse to take the action instead? If so, can you commit to doing that one thing that will improve your marriage (the one I asked you to write down earlier) as soon as you finish commenting on this blog post?

Do you think my experiment is interesting so far? Are you getting a clearer understanding of your marriage problems so far? Should I assume if you’re still reading you are? Should I continue?

Have you ever stopped and thought about how much you actually know about your marriage and your spouse? Can you imagine how different your married life might be if you take advantage of everything you actually know?

Are you clear what problems your marriage is facing or what problems your spouse is facing? While I am sure you know a lot, how much do you know about the solutions to those problems?

Do you know more about the reasons and the causes of the problems in your marriage than your spouse? Don't you think you should? If you did, can you take the first step and necessary actions to make your spouse understand there is a problem? Will your spouse agree with you there is a problem in the marriage?

When you tell your spouse your course of actions and why it is the best way to solve your marriage problems, do you think your spouse will agree?

There are 4 good tips to help save marriage or your relationship. None of them are terribly difficult to do, and they’re all very inexpensive. They’re simple common sense. Yet many people won’t try them, not even to save marriage or a troubled relationship.

The first tip is to just stop arguing. Every time your partner says something that you want to get grumpy with or correct, just learn to let it go. How To Get Your Wife Back

First off, let's start by saying, you saying "I want my wife back" is a good thing. All you want now is get your wife back.

There is nothing to be ashamed of, and no reason to think you are the only one in this world in your predicament. Over half the marriages around the world end up in divorce. So remember you are not alone, if you decide you still love your wife and you want her back; go for it.

If you want your wife back, then admitting that is the first step of possibly having her back in your arms.

O.K. , now that you have admitted that; lets reflect on what is the reason you are without your wife now. If you were the reason why you don't have your wife to begin with; then you have to admit that. As hard as it might be to say that it's your fault, you have to do it. If you had an affair, you need to say that, if you took her for granted when she was nothing but good to you, then you need to say it.

The point is, what you need to do, no matter what it was you did; tell the truth.  If your wife is not with you, than more than likely you need to change.  By you admitting your faults and telling the truth, this means you are one step closer to getting her back. This is one way of letting her know that you are really trying to change.

The second thing that needs to be corrected is the communication between you and your wife. Chances are, there wasn't any communication at all, and this is one of the biggest downfalls in a relationship. To many times people go without saying what is really on their mind; rather they are scared to say it or thought it would not matter.  This is an important step in your effort to get your wife back!

Things that you and wife were scared to say or thought it would not matter; those things start to add up. Before you know it, little things that are not said turn into big things; then the talking stops all together. Chances are, your wife knows this, and by you acknowledging this is a problem, you are taking a step in the right direction.

Also remember, you both are going to have opinions and hers may be different. It is ok to have different opinions. Respect her opinion, and remember she is an individual just like you are. Many people wonder just that. Some people think their problems will get better or some think, "Is it worth going to relationship counseling, our relationship is going to end any way". If you're one those thinking either one of those things you need to get your into relationship counseling.

Since 60% percent of marriages end up in divorce, many think why even bother. That in itself is a problem, and that is why those divorce numbers are as high as they are. If more people would think that relationship counseling is worth it, then those numbers may be 60% of marriages last; instead of divorce.

Believe it or not, most people that do go to relationship counseling think that it works. Those people that do are still married. Those people that don't think it works are the people who will get rid of that one person and think their problems are over. Truth of the matter is, half the problem is still there.

However, when couples do go to counseling they find out that the other person was not just the problem. That person finds out that they were just as much of the problem; if not more. They find out things that they never knew about their partner and their self, and the reason for this is most people open up more because they feel safe when there is a third party there. You and your partner may say things you have always wanted to say but were just too frightened of the consequences.

Another reason why counseling is important in a relationship is because of the children. When things are going bad between a couple, when they have children, sometimes the children are often over looked because the couple is to worried about the way they feel. The bad thing about it is the children end up getting the raw end of the deal. They are the ones who really pay.

I can't tell you relationship counseling is going to work for every couple or you every time. It depends on the couple and how bad they want to make it work. The counselor is there to guide the couple in the right direction, they are there to help open up doors that may have been shut or doors that have never been open before. So is it worth going to relationship counseling? Look around you; is it worth losing everything you love? You and your loved one are the only ones that know the answer.

What is the problem in your marriage? In order to salvage your marriage you need to get to the root of the problem. Effective communication can be hard. Especially when there are various different emotions involved.

If this will be difficult for you; I recommend marriage counseling. It has been proven that couples who attend counseling together reported significant improvement in communication. It is often helpful to have a third party involved. When I say third party, I mean someone that has no connections with either of you. It is essential to have an unbiased opinion. After all this is your marriage at stake.

Marriage doesn't make itself or just evolve into a perfect union. It takes hard work on both sides. This means, you and your partner working towards the common goal; of being in a fulfilling, soulful union. So, are you still asking yourself “Can I Save My Marriage"?

All of us has little secrets that we are not sharing with others.  However, let your spouse be the only person who know a lot of things only known to you.  If you share your secrets with your partner, it keeps both of you close.  Your spouse or partner will feel they are special and unique in your eyes.  You make him or her feel he/she is important and only he or she knows you better than anyone else out there.

Always share important news, events and things with your spouse or partner first.  If you have great news and wants the whole world to know, I encourage you to keep it as a secret known only to you and your spouse for a little while longer before you announce it to the rest of the world.

3# Go on Date Nights

All relationships need special time together.  Unless you do it regularly, there is a high chance your relationship will fall apart or become stale as both of you gets into the routine.  Do new things together regularly to add spark to your marriage or relationship.  Experimenting add a mystery to your otherwise mundane life.

4# Spice Up Your Sex and Love Life

It is common that after a while in the marriage or relationship, sex becomes mundane or sporadic.  Consider having "sex romps" or "sex nights".  Schedule regular planned physical intimacy.  It can be a put off to some people but if you have sex planned way in advance, there is a tendency to make foreplay prolonged.

5# Get Your Financial and Your Debt Under Control

Money is the root of all evil.  Most marriages crumble due to financial problems or debts.  A blissful relationship starts with you keeping your debt under control or be at the mercy of your debt psychologically and physically.

Do a monthly financial planning of your household expenses.  Sit down and discuss with your spouse all aspect of your family budget. Only when you analyze your spending habits will you fully realize where you are wasting money. It’s a great opportunity to talk about your goals and dreams. Realize that frivolously spending money can be a sign of disrespect for your marriage and mate.
